Some items (Fine Furniture) may be back ordered and may take 3-6 months for delivery. In an event that an item may take 3-6 months. You will be notified immediately by Montaage Furniture & Rugs staff either by phone or email. You may cancel the order within 24 hours from the time of notification if you choose to do so, otherwise the item will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.
Back ordered items are based on first come first served reserves, since there are always a limited amount of them becoming available.

Please make sure we have all available phone numbers to contact you for delivery. A traffic representative may leave a message requesting a return call to discuss scheduling a delivery. If they are unable to contact you, they will attempt to deliver your furniture on the next available delivery to your area.
Oversized items that are too large or heavy to ship with ground couriers will be shipped via LTL trucking. These orders may take up to 2 weeks from shipment date to be delivered. You will be contacted by the trucking company to schedule a delivery appointment. Items will be delivered curb side of the address and it is up to the customer to carry them inside.
Curbside delivery service is used for some items. The service is just as the name implies – the delivery will be dropped off by the truck at the end of the driveway. Any item that is delivered by this service should be checked thoroughly for any damage to the carton and if any damage is seen, should be noted on the delivery paperwork at the time of delivery. The contents of the box must be examined as quickly as possible, but no longer than 24 hours after delivery. If there is any concealed damage on the contents of the carton, this must be reported within 24 hours to the delivery company and to Montaage Furniture & Rugs.

Truck Line Service Levels
If you have ordered a large furniture item, you should be prepared for a vehicle of considerable size arriving at your residence. If you think there may be a problem with shipping access, please notify us when you place your order. You, or someone acting on your behalf, must be at the shipment address to receive and sign for the delivery. Freight will always be shipped pre-paid, meaning you do not have to pay anything to the freight company. "Curbside Only" deliveries require you to bring the item into your house yourself. The driver will not go up stairs or elevators and will not assemble anything unless you specifically contract with us for an upgraded service. If you ask the driver to bring your product into your home, and we are invoiced for that extra service, we will charge you the exact amount that the additional service cost us.

Orders placed with Montaage Furniture & Rugs are submitted to the manufacturer on your behalf. At this point, Montaage Furniture & Rugs is financially obligated to purchase the items from the manufacturer. Therefore, we are only able to accept order cancellations within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Any exception to our cancellation policy will be solely at Montaage Furniture & Rugs discretion. In the event we accept a cancellation beyond the 24-hour period, the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as any transportation charges incurred with the order.
